  Took my 2012 plate 320d sport BMW (66k miles on the clock) in with the online evaluation of £6780
  First thing I was told before the car was checked over was if I decide not to go ahead with the sale and then change my mind and want to sell it tomorrow I would have an additional cost of £170 to pay.
  (Im pretty sure that is called pressure selling and is illegal)
  Once the car was checked over there were some miner every day fine defects on the bonnet. As you would expect from a 2012 car. Surely this would have been already considered on the online evaluation.
  Also the aloy weels were kurb scuffed (fair enough) I understand that but this is easily resolved for £150 round the corner at any car garage. I really was not expecting them to drop the valve off the car by another £2000 wow for some minor wear and tare.
  But hang on when she could see my expression she says let me see what I can do pushing it back up to £6k (still nearly £800 less than the online evaluation and for what, some minor issues that anyone could correct.
  
  Lets get something straight if anyone is going to sell your car be aware of the last minute extras and the pressure selling once they have hold off your key.
  Luckily for me Im not desperate but I feel for the people they lur in with the false online promises.
  
  The only people who have lost out here is you guys. I will sell my car and Im 100% confident I will beat that insulting price.
