- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not recommend being a patient here. The list is endless. Can never get through on the phone, when u do the receptionists are so unhelpful and robotically inflexible and think the only phrase they know is "sorry we are fully booked for another week" whether ur health issue is urgent or not they dont care! Wait in line is their Moto! They give priority to their local OAPs who live at the surgery with mainly petty ailments leaving the ones that actually need to be seen waiting! I shall be leaving and finding a surgery that prioritise their patients accordingly and a surgery that doesnt have receptionists who think they are more qualified than the doctors themselves!!
