- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆I went to query one of my medications only to be met with a very argumentative member of staff shouting at me saying I cant have the medication I usually got from elsewhere. I was trying to explain to the pharmacist that I always got a different type of medication elsewhere. This young woman was rude and aggressive and was very loud and arrogant. I wanted to talk to the pharmacist not her but she was called to the counter. I asked the pharmacist if he thought his staff should talk to customers in this manner, he seemed to think it was OK. Customers should be able to converse with the pharmacist without a member of staff being aggressive and loud and rude. Needless to say I wont be using this chemist again in the future.By Admin, November 14, 2018
